YOGA CLASSES (PRIVATE)
My private Hatha Yoga classes are a gentle and supportive way to begin your yoga journey. Each session is personalised to your needs, helping you connect with your body, calm your mind, and restore balance in a safe and nurturing space.
I am a certified yoga teacher, trained in India, and I bring this knowledge with warmth and care to guide beginners step by step into the foundations of yoga. Through movement, breath, and mindfulness, you will gradually build flexibility, strength, and confidence, while also finding peace within.
Over the years, I have guided classes for people of different ages and abilities, including chair yoga sessions for the elderly and those with health conditions such as limited mobility, Parkinson’s, and other challenges
I also offer specialised yoga for women going through menopause, helping to ease symptoms such as anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, joint stiffness, and emotional stress. Yoga can be a gentle yet powerful practice to support hormonal balance, improve circulation, restore energy, and create a sense of calm and grounding during this stage of life.
Each private class lasts 1 hour: £55.00
